Our second trip back to the hotel and again was not disappointed the rooms are wonderful. We had two rooms- 217 on arrival and after a short trip north we were in 218. My friend and I would like to thank the wonderful staff. My friend Prachaya had to leave early due to a death in family. He had an early flight to catch. The front desk arranged transfer and a breakfast box for him to take which was very nice. Nothing was a problem everything that I asked they helped with the tuk tuk to places and the free shuttle to the night market was a great place. I normally have a problem with laundry service at other hotel the service here was outstanding was pick up and return as per policy. The room are nice. The only thing that sometimes let a room clean is dust which is very hard to control with the lorver doors. Housekeeping stuff was very helpful when I wanted refill tea. Breakfast was great a good choice and again the stuff was always happy to fill my breakfast need. I had more of a chance to use many of your service. The only one I could not get to use is the spa make on my next trip book. Again to everyone that been involved with my booking and my stay I wish you the hotel much blessing and forward in returning as soon as possible.
